🔍 Step-by-step flow
Here’s how the coaching process runs once you reach out:
1. First conversation
Online video call covering goals, motivation, experience, lifestyle, and injuries. I explain the process and next steps.
2. Data & tests
You share anthropometrics and run a simple test kit at home. This shapes the plan.
3. Build the plan
I create workload and capacity analyses, then deliver a detailed training, nutrition, supplement, recovery, and habit plan in Hevy.
4. During the program
Bi-weekly check-ins (~30 min), ongoing adjustments in Hevy, reminders on training days, motivation messages, Messenger support (weekday), and phone calls on weekdays.
